The Constitutional Court (MK) has finally granted the withdrawal of the petition case Dispute of Election Result (PHPU) Regional Head and Deputy Head of Regional District Sangihe 2011 - Case No. 94/PHPU. D-IX/2011-in Room Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court on Thursday (13/10) afternoon.

Applicant states the judges can not re-applying on Election Result Dispute (PHPU) Regional Head and Deputy Head of Regional District Sangihe 2011.
